Working closely in a small office environment, this role revolves around the management of time and
tasks of client documentation and communication, portfolio construction, implementation and service
of advice and products when properly licensed; along with providing exceptional client care and
communication to build upon our strong client retention.


This position is perfect for someone who is personable, energetic, loves a challenge and enjoys
interacting with a company that values making a difference in its client’s lives. On a daily basis, you will
document client interaction with advisors, research investment portfolios, life insurance options and
communicate with clients with updates and recommendations through one?on?one interaction and via
e?mails, telephone, typed correspondence, handwritten notes and videos.


As a smaller company you will need to learn various tasks to support the advisors and the respected
company brand which has been created over thirty years. This will also involve cross?training within the
firm.
The candidate must be computer literate and resourceful with strong oral and written communication
and telephone skills. Multi?tasking and a positive attitude to support, protect and manage the advisors’
time is crucial to this position. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and expected to thoroughly
document all interactions with clients. Strict client privacy is a must. A customer service background is a
plus. Since we are a highly regulated industry, our continuous mantra is document, document,
document.


The candidate must pass fingerprint, criminal and credit background checks.
If not currently securities’ licensed, the candidate must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
prior to employment. (Financial assistance will be provided to qualified candidates)
During the first four months of employment, the candidate will be expected to successfully pass a State
Life/Health/Accident Insurance Licenses exam in addition to the following securities’ exams – Series 65,
6 & 63.


After two years, it would be expected that the role of client advocate would evolve into a position of
providing advisory work.
Job Type: Full-Time (Based upon a 36-hour workweek) Office closes on Fridays at 12:30.

- Sales Experience, a plus

underwritten) after three months. Employer will bonus premium through increase in salary.

Starting salary range: $40,000 - $55,000
