Careers with The Financialoscopy Team
Aspiring or Frustrated Advisors
Its hard to believed that up to 90% of financial advisors fail within five years of entering this profession.
Is it lack of education, poor training, absent mentorship or bad culture? It’s often a combination of all of these.
A newly-minted financial advisor with another firm lamented to me recently about the struggles he was experiencing in his new career. Over the course of our conversation, I shared how he might engage his clients differently to keep 'their' success front and center. He was surprised by my honesty with what he thought was ‘the competition’. I reminded him, “If I can help you, help others; then everyone wins”.
My late father-in-law once told me – “If you focus on helping others become successful, you’ll never have to worry about your own success.”
If you are an aspiring advisor or are simply frustrated that your career isn’t working out as you were “sold” that it would be, let’s connect and visit. If you fit our culture, perhaps there’s a future for you, here on our team. We would like to see you succeed.
“If people around me aren’t winning, how can I say that I have a good life?”
