When meteorologists give their forecasts, they often refer to the “real-feel” temperatures. If the summer temperature is eighty-five, the humidity might make the real-feel temperature – ninety-three and when the winter thermometer drops to ten-degrees with a strong north wind, the real-feel temperature might be five-below. Did you know there’s also a “real-feel” measurement of your current dollars from the past or the future? Unfortunately, just like weather forecasting, the “real-feel” isn’t a “good-feel”.
Required, Regular Maintenance
My car dashboard tells me when I need an oil change. My home thermostat tells me when to change the air filter in my furnace. Heck, my stomach tells me when to eat. How do you take care of your regular, financial maintenance?
